GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE and INTERNAL REGULATION OF THE HOTEL LE POULMIC


  • PRESENTATION :

 

The hotelier has the right not to receive customers whose clothing are indecent or neglected, customers with noisy or incorrect behavior, and customers whose behavior is contrary to moral decency and public order.


  • PAYMENT :

 

When requesting a stay, the reservation of a room from June to September is considered definite only after a deposit or a guarantee by credit card. 

The accommodation service is to be paid no later than on the day of departure.

We accept payments by bank checks, ANCV, credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) and cash in €uros. We ask anyone staying in our establishment to present an identity document for payment by checks or holiday voucher. If you cannot provide us with this document, we will be forced not to accepts your request for room rental. 


  • IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY   :


ANY CANCELLATION must reach us 48 hours before the date of arrival. After this period, the reservation is due. THE FAILURE TO TURN UP is considered as the actual taking of the room. THE TOURIST TAX, not included in the price of the reservation, is in force in the municipality. It is payable on site.

We do not offer cancellation insurance.

AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR (e.g. Festival du Bout du Monde)

In case of early departure, the stay is due in its entirety. Delays on arrival or early departures can in no case give rise to reimbursement.


  • ACCESS TO THE ROOMS   :

 

Rooms are available from 3pm and must be vacated before 11 am.

In case of departure beyond the agreed time, an additional night will be charged at the current rate.

In addition, your room is provided for a specific number of people ; to ensure the safety rules of the hotel you must not in any case accommodate additional people. Please ensure that your room door is properly closed before leaving the room or going to bed.

In case of departure very early in the morning, remember to leave your key at the Reception or the key board at the entrance of the Reception and be sure to close the door behind you.


  • PROHIBITIONS   :

 

We remind you that the smoking ban has been in effect in all public places sinc January 2, 2008. It is also absolutely forbidden to smoke or vape in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (non-compliance will result in a depollution fee of 68 € / stay to restore the room). 

Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged 150 € for the cost of putting the fire safety system back into service.

It is forbidden to use gas or electric appliances in the rooms other than those made available (example : stove, coffee maker, etc ...).


  • HOUSEHOLD   :

 

Hotel rooms are cleaned daily between 7am and 1 pm. Please use the double-sided sign on your room door to let the staff know that it is possible to clean your room. If the room is not vacated before 12pm or if you display the "do not disturb" sign, the cleaning of your room will not be done. Thank you for your understanding.

Hanging towels are not changed, if you want to have your bath linen replaced, put it on the floor or in the shower. These towels should not be used outside the room.


  • ANIMALS   :

 

Dogs are accepted but subject to conditions : 

Be kept on a leash in all common areas of our establishment.

They are not allowed to climb on armchairs, beds or other furniture or to sleep on the blankets made available in the rooms.

They have to do their business outside.

Owners are responsible for their pet.

In case of degradation, the bacterial disinfection of the room will be charged 50 €.


  • MINORS :

 


Parents are responsible for their underaged children. It is forbidden to run, ride (skates, scooter, bike ...) or shout in the establishment, day or nightDe manière générale, les parents sont responsables de leurs enfants mineurs. 


  • BREAKFAST :

 

It is served from 7am to 10 am on weekdays and from 8am to 10 am on weekends and public holidays in the breakfast room on the first floor ; 

To have your breakfast in your room, the request is to be made on the day before at the latest at the Reception.

For early departures, we can provide you with a breakfast (thermos of coffee or tea, etc...) the night before, in your room.


  • THE BAR :

 

We do not serve alcohol to minors under the age of 18 (even at the request of parents), and children cannot order alcoholic beverages for their parents or accompanying persons.


  • RECEPTION :

 

The reception declines all responsibility for your luggage or objects deposited in public areas.

In case of lost or misplaced personal belongings, the lost & found objects are deposited at Reception. After your departure, we can send back lost items to you with a delivery fee.


  • DEGRADATION :

 

We ask you to respect the place and the interior decoration of your room. In the event of a problem, the customer will be liable for any soiling, breakage or degradation. It will be charged to you. Similarly for the disappearance of towels, carpets, pillows, duvets, etc ... . 

If you notice a tear & wear problem, please report it as soon as possible to the Reception.

 

  • PARKING :

 

The property's private but not closed parking is free. Please note that the parking spaces are not drawn on the ground. People with reduced mobility have priority for the parking spaces closest to the entrance. Thank you for your understanding.


  • NUISANCES :

 

To respect the rest of other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or make noise especially between 22:00 and 08:00, in the rooms, common areas or on the terrace. Daytime noise is also prohibited. 

Any noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under their responsibility, may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment, as long as the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of the clientele (art. R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code). 

A hotel room is a place to rest. In general, thank you for respecting the tranquility of other guests.


  • THE RULES OF PROCEDURE   :

 

These hotel regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the internal regulations of the hotel.

IN THE EVENT OF NON-VOMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ONE OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
